These are raffle tickets. The winner must pick up the firearm at Bull Island Armory and be able to pass a Virginia State Police Firearms Background Check ($2).
Out of state raffle winners have the option of shipping the firearm to their local FFL.
The raffle will be held once all 50 tickets have been sold.
